I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ace Voyage International regarding the membership package I purchased based on misleading promises made by their sales executive, Mr. Mandar.

**Details of the Complaint:**
1. **Misleading Promises:**
During the sales presentation, Mr. Mandar assured me that the membership package would include both breakfast and dinner during holidays. This assurance was a key factor in my decision to purchase the five-year holiday package. However, when I recently planned a holiday and requested the promised benefits, I was informed by the company that only breakfast would be provided.
2. **Discrepancy in Agreement:**
Despite my repeated assertions and the evidence I provided, which clearly shows Mr. Mandar's written note about the inclusion of breakfast and dinner, the company has denied fulfilling this promise. The agreement I signed, which was given to me at the end of the presentation, only mentions breakfast, contrary to the verbal and written assurances provided by their representative.
3. **Non-Receipt of Stay Voucher:**
As per the terms of the membership, I was supposed to receive a voucher for my stay by 3 PM on 17th May 2024, at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of my holiday. I am scheduled to leave for Jaipur today, and I have yet to receive the voucher or any other related details.

Given these discrepancies and the failure to meet the terms as promised, I feel cheated and misled by Ace Voyage International. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and breach of contract. I demand immediate resolution of this issue, including the provision of the agreed-upon benefits (breakfast and dinner) during my holidays and the prompt issuance of the stay voucher for my upcoming trip to Jaipur.
I expect a response and resolution to this complaint within the next 48 hours. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to higher authorities, including consumer protection forums and legal channels.
