I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ace Voyage International regarding the membership package I purchased based on misleading promises made by their sales executive, Mr. Mandar.

During the sales presentation, Mr. Mandar assured me that the membership package would include both breakfast and dinner during holidays. This assurance was a key factor in my decision to purchase the five-year holiday package. However, when I recently planned a holiday and requested the promised benefits, I was informed by the company that only breakfast would be provided.

2. **Discrepancy in Agreement:**
Despite my repeated assertions and the evidence I provided, which clearly shows Mr. Mandar's written note about the inclusion of breakfast and dinner, the company has denied fulfilling this promise. The agreement I signed, which was given to me at the end of the presentation, only mentions breakfast, contrary to the verbal and written assurances provided by their representative.

3. **Non-Receipt of Stay Voucher:**
As per the terms of the membership, I was supposed to receive a voucher for my stay by 3 PM on 17th May 2024, at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of my holiday. I am scheduled to leave for Jaipur today, and I have yet to receive the voucher or any other related details.
