I booked aeon bus from krishnagiri to aluva. Bus was supposed to arrive at 12:30am.as per online ticket I had a confirm seat. At 12am I contacted the number to check where exactly the bus would stop. But the driver told me that there are no seats and gave a number to contact the owner. Owner said that the bus has not started from bangalore and will be 3hours late.. And he spoke in a very aggressive tone and abused me with his words.. For him a passenger need to be in the stop after an hour of the scheduled time... Haven't heard of such a concept before... And finally I could not travel that day.. They did not refund the money also... Worst experience... I warn all... Please don't book tickets in aeon... They are cheaters..

Aeon is Worst... Very poor customer care... Do not book tickets in aeon... For your safety...
I once (sep 5th 2016) travlled in aeon travles from bangalore to kerala, that is the worst experience i ever had, after that i totally stopped travelling in bus. The bus was at 11:45 and it came around 2.00 AM despite being this late when i entered there were no seats for me and the driver atlast offered another seat and asked me to settle down there, when i refused he started the bus and went few meters. how can you trust these people where they will leave you in the middle of the road they may even rape you who knows the way the driver behaved was so rude.
