N.a — Complaint against TTE Mishra
HelloI want to comlaint against Ticket mishra who was a ticket checker for hyderabad express(7032) on 02-April-09 which comes to mumbai from hyderdbad and comes to pune station ar 9:05 am in morning and proceeds to mumbai.
I was travelling in D3 compartment of the train. I boarded the train at pune for kalyan
Mr mishra who was ticked checker for the train asked for the ticked which I had.But since I travelled in coach which is reserved he asked me for 20 rs, and this is the trend of ticked checkers to get 20 rs from each passenger who travells in reservation bogie and have normal(general class) ticket.
Mr mishra took 10 rs from the person siitting in front of me as he was a season ticket holder and asked for 20 rs as a bribe else 80 rs as a reservation fare.I asked Mr mishra to take 80 rs from every one in the train whoever is having ordinary class ticket and I refused to pay 20 Rs to him.In that case mishra tried to threaten me by saying I am lalu's person and I can put you behind bars and You wont be able to prove any thing in front of court as no one will speak in favour of you.In the end he didnt took any money from me and procedded to the next compartment.But this is the atitude of the TT even after getting the Sixth pay comission.
By this medium i want to tell to Mr mishra railway is not your private property It is the public property and As a citizen of the country I am the public and you are the public servant.So learn to do your duties or get rid of it.
I want to ask railway authorities to allow sitting permissions in such long distance traing in any slipper class in day time as it will always be convinent to the passengers, and you can take an extra amount of Rs 15 as a sitting reservation charges if the seat are vaccant.This will prevent the corruption and money will go int govt treasury.As most of this train seats become vaccant towards the end of the journey and the slipper coaches are vacant while the general boggies are fully loaded with passengers trvelling in rush and difficulties.As this is public property it should be made available to the citizen to the optimum level and ther by preventing any corruption done by such officials where bribe goes in to their pocket.

Kind attn: to PNB ManagementRespectfully, my name is vikram jeet singh but my father has two accounts at your lalru branch which is 15 K.M far away from my home town. But for the costomer convenience you did great job and opened a new branch at derabassi ( at my home town ) i went there to update my pension account and saving account bank copies. Because it was very urgent and i had to show it somewhere. I was waiting there for 1 hour for my turn but when i showed my account books to the cashier of derabassi branch . He behaved very rudely and litterly abusive over me and said i have to go to my lalru branch which is 15 km from my home town for the updation of my account books. I need immediate action against him otherwise i am going to put my complaint in the consumer court. His rudeness made me very upset.

I HAVE WRITTEN LATTER TO ASHOK NAGAR ( KACHCHE qUARTER )POLICE STATION IN-CHARGE FOR ILLEGAL WAY OF SELLING MATERIAL.THEY PUT THEIR MATERIAL ON THE ROAD ILLEGALLY & ROAD BECOMES NARROW SO THERE IS BECOMING PROBLEM OF PASSING THROUGH.THIS MAY BE A REASON OF BIG ACCIDENT SO PLS TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE SHOP KEEPER & STATION INCHARGE.
