I purchase one LCD TV from TV Palce at surat before 5 months i note my complaine daily last 15 days on e mail sms and phone but can't responding and attaine my complaine also

Hi,

I am writing with regard to my Videocon LCD TV i have purchased on October-2009, from the date of purchase i have been facing problem with the TV.
Recently i got some complain with my TV screen, and i called Videocon Customer care. They asked me to give my TV to Wilson Garden located their authorized service center ( TEKCARE SERVICE, Bangalore Service Network, #4/4, B.T.S main Road, 12th Cross, Wilson Garden, Bangalore-560030).

It's been 24 days since i have given my television for servicing and still i don't have any reply from Videocon service center or company.

I have asked for standby TV or replacement of the faulty television set In case it's taking too long or servicing is not possible. But forget about any replacement or standby, i seems to be a distant dream to get my TV serviced even after 24 days.

Sequence of follow up calls are as follows:
05-June-2010- Gave my television for servicing and service centre people told me that we they will get me my TV serviced in 2 days time.
08-June-2010- After trying some odd 30 times i got to talk to service Center Executive and they informed me that the will get back to me by next day with the status.
09-June-2010- I didn't get any call from Service center
10-June-2010- I again called service center to check status on my TV and the phone was ringing but no one responded to my call. I tried 20-30 times and i gave up.
10-June-2010- When i couldn't reach the service center people i approached Videocon customer care and launched a complain against it. Got assurance that they will look into my issue and get back to me.Complain Number :BAN[protected]
12-June-2010- I didn't get any response from customer support, meanwhile i tried calling Service center and got to talk to them with regard to status on TV. status was like they don't have front glass in their center. They need sometime to get it from head-office and service my television.I agreed to wait to wait (thinking any way i don't have any other option)
14-June-2010: Again it was same story, no communication either from service center or call center. I tried calling service center but again no response even after calling 50 times.
14-June-2010- After being tired of calling Service Centre I again called Videocon service center. They gave me a mobile number (which is [protected] and best part when you call this number it says the number is switched off) to reach service centre and gave assurance to escalate my issue to escalation department.
15-June-2010: Finally i got a call from a tech support executive asking me details of my address (as in he doesn't know anything about my complain. I been repeatedly telling them that my TV is at service center). I told him about TV at service center and got his assurance. Guess after that he vanished.
17-June-2010- I again did all the formalities to get status on my TV (called service center and then called customer care). but result remained the same. Only thing i got is assurance- "Sir, you'll get a call by tomorrow morning. and your TV should be repaired in 2-3 days time.We have asked our head office for required part, and expecting it sometime soon.
Meanwhile i also spoke to the Seller (Adishwar, Bangalore) and got a assurance from them as well them will look into the entire problem and arrange for a stand by TV set from Videocon.
After that i didn't follow for next 2-3 days.
22-June-2010;again i called them if i can collect my Television and got almost the same reply from service center, "Sir, we have sent a mail to our head office to check for the glass needs to be replaced, as soon as we'll get any response, we'll get back to you"
25-June-2010: As always i didn't get to hear any thing from service center, and i called them to check on status. Result was same, no update. The said they will call me tomorrow and will definitely inform me about my complain
26-June-2010: Another day, same story. No call from Service center. They are still waiting for any communication from head office.
Again I called call center for help, but it's not a call center where one can call and expect for help. Again after talking to them for more than 30min i didn't get any reply. Just got same assurance, "Sir, we'll get back to in some time"
I called Adishwar (TV Seller-Suppose to be a reputed brand name in bangalore) again, Explained everything to them and got similar assurance.
Now i realized that talks are good when you are dealing with people who listen to it, I'm writing this mail to seek any help from any one of the people marked in the mail.
Frankly speaking by now i should have gone to consumer court, but this is the last attempt I'm making as a good customer.
Hope to see some response in 2 days time, after that I'll see what legal route i can take.

videocom complain ystem is very weak specially in jabalpur MP
DUMB _ this is a complaint board.. not an advertisement board
Servicing a electronic equipment is difficult. Humans go to doctor and tell their problems, I've got stomache ache, head ache, no appetite and endless problems and thus giving a hint as to what the problem might be. If you take a Ciprofloxacin, it cures your stoach problems, urinary problems and other problems, but an electronic equipment like a TV is a assebly made of a Power Supply, Tuner, Audio, Vertical and horizontal sychronising circuits, Line Output Transformer with its secondary Power supply and the Microprocessor controlling all the above and handing the controls to the user(Remote).

Have some more patience yaar, Mr. Rajeev ji very rarely but sometimes it happens, and unfortunately it is your TV, it is a big corporation and why should they do it purposely and hence spoiling their reputation.

I K.Yoganand Reddy i am for kadapa, Andhra Pradesh . I buyed VIDEOCON TV LCD 32 inch last two month back i.e on 8/8/2011. For that TV on
screen small line was appearing .So for these regard i complaint to customer care he send one person to my home but his service is not good and his respond was not good he talk vergal word with me and he didn't re-pare my TV his name was K.RAMANAIAH, his phone number is[protected].So please help me in regard of my problem my phone number is [protected] my address following
