I placed an order from coolwinks on 24th July which was delivered to me on 30 july.
When I found the wrong product in the box, the man called coolwinks, he asked what issue you are having. I told that I had recive the product incorrectly.
He said, okay you return self, We will refund you.
Then when the product was delivered to them, their tone changed. Now they are saying that the product is wrong so they will not give refund.
I have a picture of the product received. The photo he sent,
That you have sent the wrong product, while both products are the same in the photo.
I did the refinement due to getting the wrong product from Coolwink.
Even then they are saying that we have received the wrong product.
But not give my refund
please help me to get my refund
