On 18/05/2024 on delivery partner call me on my private no. with here
private no. and he is very abusive on call, i request him to cancel my
order so he update he cant cancel the order and delivery manager supporting delivery agent on call he update he never delivered my order on my address .
i just wanna he have to say sorry for his behavior

    No delivery attempt made and ofd lock applied

    I have a product which had to be delivered by 20th April but is not delivered by 30th April
    In the first attempt the delivery agent has contacted me to deliver the package saying my area is too far he said he will make it delivered next day and had cancelled the delivery saying the user was not available but after that no delivery agent has contacted

    I'm getting a product from eCom-Express but I didn't do any order from any of the websites but a delivery boy was came from eCom-Express at my door steps and deliver the product and asking for money, Finally he take the charges of the product. And tell to us contact to official websites. So please let us know who sent it and how to return it. This is the ref no. AWB [protected].

      rude behaviour of delivery agent

      Delivery Boy doesn’t know how to talk with customers, He refused to come to the location & said that he will return my shipment. Behaviour is very rude even Seller won’t Behave the way this delivery boys behaved. Without delivering a parcel he went. I request Ecom Express to trained there staff well.         Delivery delay and no response

        Hello my name is Vijay.
        I ordered food colors from meesho app and the supplier is Papilon.
        The product was shipped on 9th April and it reached in Bhiwandi at 11th April but after that no update or delivery till date in mumbai.

        Package not delivered. Package is untraceable

        I Had Ordered Products Worth Rs 3198 From ZOUK Bags On 15/03/2024. I Received Tracking ID The AWB No[protected]. The Courier Partner Was ECOM EXPRESS. My Package Had Reached My City On 18/03/2024. My Package Reached Ecom Express Warehouse On 18th March. After That I Didn't Get Any Further Updates On My Package.         OFD lock not returning the product

        I have an order of xiaomi pad 6 and i want to cancel it. Xiaomi is asking the delivery agent to cancel it and delivery agent is asking xiaomi to cancel and I am the one who is suffering in between. What am i supposed to do, no one is listening to me...

        I had raised a return pick up via Meesho for Order ID[protected]_1 and Ecom Express failed to pick the order. I agree I missed the call from the delivery person and within 10mins I call him back and requested to pick the item back but he denied. He promised that someone from Ecom Express assigned to my area will pick it up again, .         Delaying of order

        My order is with ecom express for days and everyday they give a new date for delivery and keeps delaying it and I need that order as early as possible but there is no customer service or exact location of the company for myself to go there and collect it and I have already paid almost full amount for the order but still no response from them please help....
