I Ankit Thakur user of Hathway broadband my old A/C I'd:- [protected] and new one A/C I'd:- [protected]. Actually I relocated my from my old address but the sales person told me that your old plan or A/c I'd not relocated. So I will brought a new plan. Now on 17th Jan my new a/c I'd plan was expired due to this reason I got a popup that recharged your plan at that meanwhile I have received a call from Hathway customer care executive they told me that to recharged your old a/c I'd and we will activate your old a/c and transfer that old device and plan. Now my both I'd plan was expired while complaining against this issue they told me that we will transfer this amount ₹1910.00 to your new a/c I'd. Last day on 17th Jan 21 my new a/c I'd plan was expired but still my recharge not showing in my plan.
Also I have share the payment receipt of my old a/c I'd.
Kindly see this metter seriously and resolve this issue aa soon as possible.
