HCL — HCL Technologies Need help with Provident Fund Statement for the account HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/125676, Pay Slip & Form 13

I am an ex-employer of hcl and worked in hcl for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

Is there a way to get a copy of Provident fund statement(Provident Fund account number: HIL EPF Trust-HR/5572/125676), Payslip & Form 16 for the period of 7 Feb 2007 to 24 Dec 2010.

I had my pay slip and form 16 copies in my pendrive but it got corrupted. Any help is highly appreciated.
