Hi, I have two issues that needs to be resolved.First, my flight with booking id N6EXHU7QC was scheduled on 27 April, which got cancelled due to lockdown due to Pandemic. Now on 7th October I have received message on WhatsApp from goibibo that the money was refunded .Till date I have not received any refund either in my account or in my go cash section. I can't even contact the company on phone or email because nothing is working except that robot Gia.
Other than this, when I login into my account on website then I can see all my past bookings. However, I am not able to see that on the app.
Since, I have checked and money is not refunded .I want you to take immediate action on this complaint. If not, I am bound to take a legal action against your company
