Complaint marked as Resolved I have booked jio fibre new connection through jio sales executive on 25th Jul-23. JioFiber connection Order Number is NO0000QJDFW5. After receiving payment, they scheduled my installation on same day, but at the night they message me that this was on hold due to S2 capacity full, they will take time to arrange S2 box, and after that they will contact me for installation. After following multiple time they confirm me every time to wait and they will do installation activity soon. But on 28th they canceled my booking and amount refunded. This is a very inappropriate behavior, while their service is available in the area. Where i have to approach for connection.
