My name is saket surve. I am traveling with your kesari tour to thailand on this 23rd may 2017.
I am totally disappointed with the service which you are providing to the clients. I have not got the bags till date. The staff is saying that they are running short of bags. I want an answer from management for this. If a person is flying on 23rd may and he is getting the bags on one day prior i. E. On 22nd may's evening then please justify me as how the person will pack the bags in such a short time.
My family is regularly travelling from kesari however they have not got such issue before so is it that kesari is less customer oriented now?
Please take this matter into serious consideration and revert me.
