I ordered a mosquito killed lamp. Received it defective and the lamp is not working.
i requested for return but since many day the return attempt have not been made to it.

1st time when it was made to return it was moved as return failed but to that order also no attempt of pickup was made. No package pick up person came to take even there was no communication...

On April 7th, 2024, I purchased a product through Meesho. The item got delivered on April 17, 2024. But I didn't like the product so I have returned the item on 19 April. The status shows refunded but still the refunded amount is not been reflecting in my bank account.

Order was out for delivery this morning. Received a ridiculous SMS at 3.36 pm stating "customer refused to give OTP". When I called and objected to this fraudulent msg, the rascal said "thik hai" and that the other would be delivered tomorrow. At 4.24 pm I received another msg stating "customer unavailable/not reachable".
Both are absolutely bull [censored]. Meesho must haul up the idiot and confirm. Otherwise, I am contemplating a defamation suit against Meesho, who will have to face the consequences for supporting such fraud delivery agents.

Despite multiple assurances, including an official communication on 22/03/2024 promising a refund within 2-3 working days, the amount has not been credited to my bank account. Today, I received a notification for an item pickup that I never received, indicating a serious lapse in communication and process.

The return request was initiated on 22/03/2024, and I have since returned the partial shipment that was received. It is perplexing and unacceptable that the issue remains unresolved after several attempts to clarify the situation with your representatives. The lack o[censored]nderstanding and action on your part is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on your customer service standards.

I expect a prompt correction of this error and confirmation of the refund to my account without any further delay or miscommunication. Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide a definitive resolution.

I got a broken product and they are not picking up the product and they made me cancel my return request. Now no option coming to return also, I got a totally broken product. They are cheating and taking money from people like this

I had ordered two items (two kurtis (cloths)) through Meesho app on 28.03.2024 bearing Order IDs[protected] &[protected].

I was about to return one of them and saw that these were showing as delivered on 31.03.2024 at 09.08 pm and 09.09 pm whereas none of them was received at my end. These were ordered to deliver at my office address. the delivery date was of Sunday. Our office closes at 6 and shut downs latest by 8.00...

Dtd 20/3/2024 I ordered some Jewelry sets from Meesho. The Messho cancel the order and then the vendor took my information send me 3 package and called to said that order cancelled by mistake. When I paid for the package it was fill with sands. Messho company is selling customer data to Fraudulent companies and these companies are doing scam with customer and Meesho is conveniently saying they will not help....

Meesho doesnt seem to PICK UP the item I raised a return request for!!

I raised a return request for order[protected] on the 9th March and your delivery person called me and I missed the call. I called him back immediately within 10 mins and he declined to pick up my return order.
I spoke to multiple people in customer care but nobody has been helpful. They only kept giving me reasons and asked me to wait for 3-4...

I have received the scratch card from the meesho from that I won 11, 50, 000 when I tried to claim that they are asking to pay 11, 500 cash first we said that to cut that amount and give remaining amount but they are not agreeing for that so I am thoughting that it was fake plz it's true then give the amount or else warn them strictly not to do that...

I have ordered a saree from meesho and I have got a completely different product. When I asked for return request they denied to do so. It costs me about 400 rupees. I have also seen its review which is totally bad and many like me are also suffered from the same problem. Pls kindly resolve this...
