This is to bring under your notice that I have been deceived by Nokia Care Centre, Mysore.
I purchased Nokia Lumia 525 in the month of June'14. My phone’s IMEI no. is [protected]. In March'15, I found my phone's battery started draining out quickly, sometimes it was charging and sometimes it wasn't. It was taking atleast 2-3 hours to switch back on, after getting switched off.
I visited Nokia Care Centre, Mysore (No.328, Jaylakshmi Arcade, Narayan Shastry Road)as I am based out of Mysore, currently. After visiting them for 5 times they came up with the idea that my phone's battery is not working and I should purchase a new one. I did the same. The problems continued. They asked me to update the software. I updated it to Windows 8.1 Denim. But still the problem continued. No matter how many times now I am visiting to the same Nokia Care Centre, they are not even bothered to answer my queries. After insisting, they kept my phone for 2 days and now they are telling it’s a mother board problem. Being a student, it’s very difficult to spend money like this.
We do not expect this from a brand like Nokia. Nokia Care Centre, Mysore is filled up with totally incompetent people to make us suffer.
Need your kind help to sort this out and get refund for my money against the battery.
