Hi Team I have brought a laptop last year September from Flipkart which is a Nokia brand which is taken care by Flipkart only had a warranty of 1 year. In the month of August the microphone started giving issues i had raised a complaint the technician came after a week and mentioned its a part issue will order the part. Later he came after 3 days mentioned it was a software issue he tried fixing it and still failed. He mentioned he will order the part. After constant followup he came after 15 days with the part i.e. camera & mic and tried to replace it. However he couldn't and even spoilt the camera which is not working now he mentioned he will take the laptop and get it fixed. Post a week i rechecked if the same was fixed he said it was. I also him to return the laptop for a week he didnt deliver the laptop post again on followup he mentioned the problem was not fixed. However i had to push him to return the laptop as i have personal work on the laptop. I have been still following up on the same and still the part is not received it has been nearly 2.5 months now and i have no sight of any repair for my laptop. They have still said the part it in transit. The laptop is required for my office work as well as kids classes. Request you to please help in the given matter with Flipkart/Nokia either to get it fixed/replaced/refunded. Complaint number J[protected] registered mobile [protected]
