Qnet — Fraud and cheated by qnet distributor

My name is mansoor ahmed with qnet (Id in671193) one of my known person named laxmi dinesh sahu and her husband dinesh sahu i did'nt know their distributor id but i have their contact numbers so the thing is they contact me and told my that we ate doing business we are entreprenuers kindly leave your job and join us, you will earn 1 lakh rs. Per week, i goes to meet them last year 2020 and they tell me that we work with microsoft and we purchased licence of their portal and we need to do transactions between customers and the company, and in our microsoft portal we have 160 plus companies and their products we need to do nothing only we have to do is third party transactions and earn money weekly, i ask them that when you start this and how much money you are earning right now so they told me that we are working with microsoft since three years and we earn 2 lakh rs. Per week by just doing simple transactions, then i ask them weather it's an chain making or pyramid scheme or i have to join more people so they denied and said no this is not that kind of business we are working with microsoft own by bill gates, you don't have to join even a person after joining, so i ask them what next, they told me to arrange 1lakh 80k rupees for purchasing license of portal, so after a lot of struggle i arranged money and gave them on dated 4th feb 2021 after that they give me contract copy and told me to sign, i read that papers it was written carefully that you are a distributor now and able to join more distributor, i ask them what is this? They told this ia the process and you have 30 days byback policy, i ask them about company name they said it's qnet i signed the contract and get back home, after lot of research i had to know that this is ban in india and this is what i thought it's an pyramid or chain making company, i call them and ask for refund but they said ok but refund will be process after a month and they also said that continue your work and if you don't like it we'll refund your money, on next day he (Mr. Dinesh sahu) called me and ask me for otp which was sent on my mobile number, i asked them that this otp for what? They said that this is for updating your mobile number in portal after that i gave them otp but after that i received a mail from qnet/vihaan direct selling that i made a purchase worth rupees 1lakh 34 thousand and 999 i called them and ask that what is this? You lied me and don't even ask that we are purchasing something through your portal he said it's just for activating your portal and you received 2 watches with bill on 16th feb 2021 i text them and asked for refund they convince me but everytime i denied and ask for my money, they sad ok we'll process your refund and you'll get it after 30-40 days in your bank account, after several days i called them and ask that there is no update or email regarding my refund they said we processed your refund already and company does'nt mail regarding refund you be patience you'll get your money after 30-40 working days, but he lied my contract had gone 30 days and refund policy is over, i call him several times he always said that you have to work and join more people this is the only option you'll get your money back, this is very bad, how can a person do that in the name of microsoft, totally fraud person he is.. And i ask him that the product cost is 1 lakh 34k, 999 where is the rest 25, 000 rs. He said it will spent in your v-con pass.. Total money i give them is 1lakh, 60 thousand rupees through bank tranfer, iam requesting you to kindly complaint against him and help me to get my money back please iam very depressed.
