after 2 days o[censored]sage, it stopped working and the technician is not responding.
after 1000's of call to customer care and all the possible contacts I had, only answer i am hearing is 7 days from now. and Its been a month now and there is not even a single update on the resolution.
We are really frustrated and stressed out of this behavior as this is our first AC which is not easily affordable but decided to buy because of this hot weather. We are very unfortunate to face this kind of serious torture despite of paying 45k to the AC and also suffering from the Burning summer. I also have my family member falling sick and I need serious compensation on this issue, Was this information helpful? |
