Resident Individual — People locking the park entry unlawfully

I am writing this to you, to bring in to notice that a person specific is locking the park entry ( AMAN PARK SECTOR 10A) unlawfully. This is causing a griev inconvenience to other people especially small children who are made deprived of a playing area, this is also a risk to their safety as they are forced to play outside on the roads which can lead to a major accident.

This is a very unlawful act which should always be discouraged by the compitent authorities.
