I placed an order for a brand new battery for xolo era 2x mobile from authorised service centre (Saini computer centre, kurukshetra, haryana) on 25 june 2020 and the same was delivered to me on 4th july 2020. Within 25 days o[censored]se, battery started malfunctioning and is not working anymore. I contacted xolo service centre and customer care and they denied to replace the battery. I have been in talks with xolo customer care too but to no avail. They simply denied to sort the matter out
Also, saini computer centre, kurukshetra, haryana which is authorised service centre for xolo/lava mobiles over-charged me for the battery. On the official website of xolo the battery costs rs. 307 plus taxes. This service centre charged me rs 500 for the same and gave me a tax invoice for rs 463 including taxes. So, he cheated me with the price of the battery and govt. Too by producing false/less priced tax invoice.
Strict action may please be taken against xolo company & its asc.
