My car was rented with zoomcar host app the Booking id is JPSNJJSSM. My car is still not returned by the host also no support from zoomcar host app. Requesting help

    Profile verification is pending even after uploading documents

    I booked car for trip in delhi.
    For that I uploaded all the documents required but still my profile is not yet verified please look into this matter and verify my profile from your end as soon as possible....

    Refund due to breakdown Issue

    We had a trip on 22/03/2024 and due to breakdown of the car in the middle of the road we were not able to travel further and we had to rush to the station for train and our whole trip got wasted. We have already complaint to zoom car about the same and we received the mail from zoomcar and we were asked to reply with images. we have already submitted and reply to mail but still our complaints is not resolved.     Driving license is rejected without any reason and not able to connect with customer care

    Dear team,

    I have made booking of zoomcar on 12th April . BOOKING ID:- JPSNINQ4L

    After the booking, app was asking for customer verification.

    I uploaded my DL and adhar card but just after few minutes.. got the message document verification got failed.

    Post that tried with Adhar OTP verification and license verification but it is not taking my license.

    This is regarding the Booking Id: JPSNIBS8J .
    I have booked the Zoomcar - ECO SPORT, Host Name- Azad, Phone Number - [protected].
    When I reached at the location I havent found car there. I connected with host and they asked me to pay them again to receive a car.
    Also, I have raised this issue many time before on zoomcar app but got no response.
    Kindly look into this matter and refund my money INR 9732 for the same as soon as possible.
    Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Not able to unlock the rented ar

      We rented a car on zoomcar, the pickup was at 11 pm, but we could not unlock the car at all, every time the app kept crashing. We tried looking for customer care contact number, but didn't find any working contact number. We tried for one and half hour in the middle of the night. We have paid a lot for 5 days of trip.

      Kindly help us resolve this matter....

      We had registered our vehicle in ZoomcarHost and the vehicle is Hyundai venue vehicle (Model 2021) and the vehicle was damaged by the customer on August 9th 2023,
      We got this damage from Booking ID "#JPSNCX0VK" and is booked by velsuri sriram, it's been 9 months, and the vehicle did not get repaired, and the vehicle is damaged heavily.

      And we contacted the vendors (Gadifix) Puneet is the owner of Gadi fix (m.no:[protected])...

      Car is live not showing in guest app

      I have tried many times creating a ticket against my listing in zoomcar but no tickets are created, so my complaint is that my car is live on host app but not show on guest app.
      Also no one appears for gps installation and phone lock unlock system.

      Im complaining about the Zoomcar host

      I’ve booked a car in the zoom app and the car’s silencer sound was from the beginning of the trip . The trip ends on 9pm march 8, I’ve returned The car at 8pm, the host was very rude towards me and asked me to repair the car and fill the fuel and denied to checkout the trip. I've filled the fuel in the car and l even accepted to submit the issue and I will pay the amount as agreed to the zoom policy but the host still denied to checkout....

      Unable to upload a selfie for verification

      Recently I booked a trip with zoomcars and was asked to upload a few documents and a selfie for verification. I uploaded the documents but every time I tried to upload the selfie the app crashed. i tried getting in touch with customer service but couldn't. My trip starts on 21st Feb and I'm not sure how can I get this fixed if I'm not able to get in touch with their customer care...
