Today at around 9 am i bought elaichi banana pack for Rs. 90 from hiranandani powai outlet. went to counter no 2 from right. on presenting a Rs. 500 note the person told me that she doesnot have change and cannot dispense the product. I mentioned that it is her responsibility to get change from another counter and she still showed relutance. Fortunately the customer behind me helped with change and the issue was resolved. in the past also change for amounts of less than Rs.10 has been consistently requested by counter staff and many times i have had to forego 1 or 2 rupees. strangely, the counter person would never accept even Re. 1 less.todays behaviour was highly condemnable and would hesitate to shop at dmart.

I recently visited D mart.In the luggage storing section I told them to keep my some personal luggage (empty egg box) which is present in a small bag.They simply refused and asked me to keep it in your vehicle or hand it to any person that i know.
