D2H not working since last Sunday (12 May 2024).
Raised the complaint on Monday and they told it will be resolved in 24 hrs.
However, it's not solved for last 5 days and even no one called for the service.
Whenever call the customer care for the status they used to say will arrange a callback from the supervisor however no calls back.

I am having D2H connection (Account No[protected] in the name of Mr. Vishwanath Chavan). From last 10 days i.e., 05-Apr-24 I was getting messages on my mobile and TV screen to rechange as previous recharge expiry was 15-Apr-24. Hence on 14-Apr-24 I recharged monthly package of Rs. 329.00. Accordingly new expiry should have been adjusted to 15-May-24 however the same was reflecting as 27-Apr-24 on television as well as on mobile message received...

I have made VIdeocon DTH recharge from Ease My Deal on 14th March 2024 at 07:00pm with amount 6130.98. But payment deducted but recharge is not made, message came that recharge is not made, refund would get in 30min. Now its of 26 hours, refund not received. Pl. send the refund....

This year i contacted customer care and asked how much i need to pay to get 1 month offer, they told Rs 3492. I have done the recharge for the same. After recharging 1 month offer was not reflected. i called to customer care now they are telling different amount to get the offer. Before recharge Monthly recharge...

My present VC No. is [protected] but i have wrongly recharged old VC No.[protected] for Rs.753 (including gst) on 29.12.2023 through phone pe from Mob No.[protected]. I request you to kindly refund the same. The payment advice attached for your ready reference....

Today I got a call from D2H. The truecaller flagged it as Spam but still I took it.
The lady said she is from d2H and I can watch rangmanch active channel on #306.
I told her that I am not interested and clearly told her do not activate anything on my pack.
She kept the phone. Later I got SMS that rangmach active has been added as per my request and revised monthly charge is RS xxx.

Be aware of such calls...

I have recharged my D2H account but still not able to see the channels.
The customer care team at D2H is forcing me to use paid help to resume the services...

Hopeless and worst service...

On October 19th I upgrade my d2h hd set top box to d2h Stream box throgh d2h website.i paid 2023 rupees for upgradation throgh my kotak mahindra bank net banking.2023 rupees amount paid.but no confirmation message i recieved. continously around 30 minutes its shows processing... processing... finally page was error.No ticcket number i recieved.already 15 days over still now also i didn't recieved stream box...

In the early in the morning my mom informed me about the d2h recharged finished in oct 30th. in the afternoon 30th ocotober 2023 12:45PM i recharged with the amount of 294 RS to the ID[protected]
but my said that still no channels is appeared then i think it is above 300 then again i recharged with the AMOUNT OF 100 RS to the ID[protected] then after my brother informed me that we changed new setup box then i realized its our old account...

I had file complaint for remote change yesterday for that I didn’t got solution yet
Called 8-10 times call centre number they are also not helping someone from service deck head mr Saba is not cooperating at all
Your service agency is suppose to come tomorrow 10.30-11.30 as per there call and message but they didn’t came and I called them 10-15 times they didn’t picked up at all.

Please...

I want to change my register Mobile Number, but we have lost that number, so we are facing problem in login we can't able to login without mobile number because we can't recieve any OTP as we lost the Mobile number...
And we don't remember the password of our D2h I'd and for changing the password again we need Register Mobile number that I already told we have lost.

I hope this message reaches you. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent issue with the D2H connection.

During the setup box installation, your vendor, Mr. Pawan Narrotam Patil, informed us that YouTube and other OTT platforms would work on our WiFi, even if the TV recharge wasn't active. We relied on this information.

However, it has now been over...

Videcon d2h asked to reset the password as they said it has expired.I have tried 30 times but it always saysPlease try after some time
Why to reset password when your website cannot work /...

I should be able to remove any channel. D2H is not allowing me to do so. This is against the TRAI rules.

I should be able to set any channel as default channel....
