I ordered from KFC app on 15th May 2024 at 7:45pm. I can't understand the status of my order as it shows your order is on the way in track order section but when I go to the order lookup it shows order completed at 8:27pm. When I try to contact the restaurant or even the KFC toll free number none of them were connecting. I ordered cash on delivery so no money was deducted but I had done prepaid order what would have happened to the money?? What is KFC India doing??

Already logged complaint K[protected] but yet no response. They spoiled my mothers day celebration hence want compensation for this harrassment....

Visited KFC Cooch Behar on 27th April 2024 at approximately 9-11 PM to order something as Take Away. Interestingly in this sweltering heat the AC's were off and it was like a Mosquito park, it was literally filled up with few hundreds of mosquitos buzzing everywhere and one couldn't sit still for a moment. When the personnel was asked by me why the AC's were off he pipped that they were on and a second later on realizing the truth he switched...

Following are the complaints regarding my store, which I experienced on all my 3 visits:
1. Cleanliness: Store looks very dirty and unorganized. (Photo was taken as a proof)
2. Customer service: The executive at the counter was very rude. Our order was supposed to be delivered in 7 mins and it was delayed by more than 20 mins. The executive did not properly respond and was very evidently rude at his beahvior. (Photo was taken...

I have tried to place the order today (27/03/2024). while making the payment, i have choosen UPI mode and it redirected me to some other page. My amount got debited but my order is not confirmed. When i came back and checked it, place order button is grayed out. attached the screenshots....

After several complaints through Swiggy and even on KFC's social media, I have not been refunded for the missing item. This is not the first time this has happened and is illegal because according to consumer laws, the restaurant has failed to deliver the item I have already paid for....

I made an order from Dibrugarh, Assam outlet today online and made a payment by Google pay to KFC. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed it seems. Please initiate the refund process asap. The amount was ₹1138.25...

On 24 February 2024, I placed an order for Rs. 298. It was at processing state for long and then paid. But I didn't received my food. Kindly refund my money back....

There is no feedback link to avail 10% discount as per the invoice....

Order of Rs 1719 was paid through UPI but they denied my meal, citing that payment was not confirmed. They kept me waiting for 30 mins and later asked me to raise a complaint aginst kfc online if I want to, they cannot help.

Till date, refund not processed and no update of refund yet....

I had ordered for KFC chicken on 17/01/2024 and paid Rs 772.95 through Gpay. The amount was debited from my account but not credited to sellers account as they say. So I had to pay the amount again through debit card transaction. Because of this I had paid the double amount for the food.

The manager told me that the amount will be returned within 14 days.
Its been 1 month and there is no return payment received yet....

I have ordered at and the amount was debited and the order has not placed what is this worst now all customers care executive at KFC isn't picking calls...

Today 26/01/24 we have visited to KFC The capital Mall at Nallasopara East location in Mumbai, we have order KFC Chicken Longer with invoice no [protected] and check no 15820 by 20:59:48, after receiving our order we found a big plastic inside our burger which is fried inside the burger.
This KFC franchise belongs to Sapphire Foods India Ltd with the GSTIN 27AANCS5595A1Z1 and FSSAI : [protected]...

The attached order is delivered as per KFC but it was never delivered, even KFC don't have any details of this order.

The Coupon originally had a balance of INR 500 /-
Once the order was failed the balance remaining is 18 INR
The store denied me the order as it was NOT SUCCESSFULLY Placed

KFC/not the store is denied help and asked me to contact the device provider for the same

The Coupon was tried on the app and not at the Store at
